ISNetworld RAVS reviews submitted written programs against regulatory and hiring-client requirements. A generic program pack cannot guarantee approval for every client, work scope or location. Start with the requirements assigned to your company and the work your employees actually perform.
What does an approved safety program mean?
A review result describes the submitted evidence against the requirements used for that review. It is not universal safety certification or a guarantee of site access. ISN describes RAVS as information for qualification decisions, with independent due diligence still required.
Written-program review and implementation are different. ISN separately describes RAVS 360 assessments of how selected programs are put into practice. A document result does not establish that every employee was trained or every worksite practice verified.
Prepare against the assigned requirements
Use the current request rather than an assumed universal list. This practical checklist organizes evidence; the assigned requirements and actual reviewer feedback remain the submission reference.
- Confirm the hiring client, work activities, locations and assigned program topics.
- Identify the document owner, applicable operations and revision.
- Describe actual procedures, responsibilities, equipment and hazards.
- Attach requested training or supporting records in the assigned categories.
- Map reviewer feedback to corrected sections and retain revision history.
Resolve feedback without assuming approval transfers
Check the actual comments for missing sections, mismatched company identity, outdated revisions or absent supporting records. Ask ISN about unclear requirements rather than guessing a universal rejection cause.
Reuse suitable procedures, then verify each new client, jurisdiction or network request. Previous acceptance does not guarantee approval elsewhere.
