Where do I get account or login help?
Use official Veriforce access and support channels for your existing account. Its contact directory identifies Global Contractor Management as ComplyWorks. CoverWarden cannot reset that login, activate a client connection or change a review result.
Before creating another profile, ask support which account your client requires and whether an existing record can be used. Do not assume profiles or brands can be merged; confirm the available option with the provider.

ComplyWorks covers company, worker and worksite compliance beyond an insurance-certificate inbox. Direct COI collection serves a narrower document workflow. If a client mandates ComplyWorks, another collection tool does not remove that obligation. Compare the assigned scope before evaluating alternatives.
