Billing and plans

Every account starts on the free plan — up to 3 vendors and 10 certificate reads per month, no card, no time limit. Paid plans are flat monthly prices by vendor count: Starter $79 (50 vendors), Growth $149 (150), Portfolio $299 (500) — all with unlimited certificate reads. The API is included on Portfolio.

Subscribing and changing plans

Billing → choose a plan → Stripe checkout. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades and cancellation happen through Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal), where invoices and card details also live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Limits, grace and payment failures

  • Vendor limits only block ADDING vendors past the cap — existing data is never held hostage on a downgrade.
  • Failed renewal payment: full access continues while Stripe retries; a banner asks for an updated card.
  • Trial ended or subscription canceled: the account goes read-only — everything is visible and exportable, nothing is deleted. Subscribing resumes exactly where you left off.

Data on departure

Export vendors to CSV any time. Deleting the account (owner, Settings → Danger zone) permanently removes the org, all members, vendors, certificates and files.
