Team and roles

Every plan includes unlimited team members. Invitations are email-based and expire after 7 days if unaccepted.

Owner vs member

  • Members: full day-to-day access — vendors, certificates, uploads, reminders, activity.
  • Owners additionally: compliance requirements, team management, billing, Gmail connection, API keys, company rename, org deletion.

Inviting and removing

Team → enter an email → Send invite. The recipient sets a password through the invitation link and lands in your org. Owners can revoke pending invites and remove members; removal ends all of that member's sessions immediately. Each member controls their own digest-email preference and password in Settings.
